During our individual sessions, you will be provided with a safe space to explore your emotional state and past pain. We will work collaboratively with you to develop clear goals for your mental and emotional health. Our treatment is guided by an eclectic approach that includes Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Existentialism, Psychodynamic, Attachment - Based and Cognitive Behavioral Theory.
